I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I'VE LEFT VOICE AND TEXT MESSAGES FOR THE CHICAGO EBAY SELLER A DOZEN TIMES AND HE NEVER REPLIES. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE PERSON (RAUL) WHO CONTRACTED ME TO MOVE THE MIXER. I AM REQUESTING A CANCELLATION SO THAT RAUL CAN GET HIS DEPOSIT BACK SINCE THE EBAY SELLER WILL NOT RESPOND TO OUR CONTACT, THEREFORE WE CANNOT COMPLETE THIS SHIPPING AGREEMENT. THESE THINGS HAPPEN, WHAT CAN YOU DO?
