The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Upon booking this shipment. I emailed customer for pick up & delivery locations. Never got a reply. My phone was having issues and was unable to contact him via the phone. On day I had everything lined up for the route to Dallas I had my phone replaced and tried texting him, again no reply. Finally, I was able to contact him via the phone. Apparently he tried calling me various times but failed to check his other methods of contact nor did he ever try & contact me through my other methods of con

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I made a bid on this shipment with specific details on the pickup and delivery times and the bid was accepted. The times were specified because I had another uship shipment going at the same time and had a car of my own to pickup in Houston on Friday evening.
When the shipper accepted my bid he tried to put off the pickup and delivery times until the following week. (Red Flag Number One)
