I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate this shipment because the truck is having mechanical issues and cant make it to the pick up location in time.

Robert was great on communicating. Best I have ever experienced. I would use him for any of my shipping needs. Notified me every step of the way from dispatch to delivery. Arrived at the pickup location as planned and delivered as scheduled. If you want a professional then hire Robert to ship your load.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They made no attempt to call me yesterday evening or this morning. When I tried to call them the phone would ring without anyone answering, then cancelled on me last minute. I will have driven 6 hours and over 400 miles for nothing.

Very punctual. Equipment was exactly what was needed for this job. Load was secured well and arrived on time. Driver was very safety concious. I shall use them again.
