There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I asked the shipper about a best price and he advised that uship was charging so much that they had to increase price by 50 dollars. I called and talked to a person that advised the contact was not in. I did not get a return call. This was not in the bid and it also appears that they have a series of cancellations that imply a problem. I am canceling after this and discussion with uship representative on 1/2/2011.
