Mike was a reliable, professional mover with a definite personal touch. He responded to my phone calls and was able to book on short notice. He arrived on time (day & time)for both pick-up and delivery. Even though we had to add a small trailer behind the truck (due to my under-estimation of load size), he offered to add the trailer at no additional charge. I paid half the extra cost but still consider the move a great value compared to the higher prices of traditional movers. Thanks much, Mike!
