The shipment was once lost. They were not fully aware of that, and did not have an adequate/timely customer service when I made a claim. The merchandise was finally delivered but they did not follow up.

It is very rare that shipments get lost in transit. We responded immediately when we were made aware but did not have answers as quckly as the shipper would have liked. The furniture did deliver and it was not that far off from the approximate spreads that we give for delivery.
