Terrible communication, zero phone or email contact until three days after the shipment was supposed to arrive, and it was delivered on the fourth day late. It was bad enough to contact uShip support and have me file a police report for stolen shipment. There is no excuse for such a lack of communication - even if a shipment will be late, you better answer the phone and explain what’s going on. Neither the initial contact nor the driver responded to calls. I would never ship with them again.
