The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Lies, Lies, Lies...Worst transaction ever. Very unprofessional, 25 days after accepting bid and still no show. No tracking info was going to be available, No communication, Lies after lies, Highly unqualified and misrepresented themselves. Week after week and still no show...Please don't make a bid if you can't follow through! Waste valuable time between my buyer and I and now I have to take the burden. Very unsatisfied and upset!
Response from osbornetransport:
we wer there to pickup on the 7th and the morning of the 8th. We called and setup the pickup and it was going to be later in the evening than thought so we said that we would wait until morning. The morning of the 8th we didn't get any answer to our number of calls to the shipper. We waited over night for this load and din't get it so it cost an extra day for us to be away from our families. On this same trip as you can see we have several satisfied customers.
