I no longer need my item(s) shipped The service provider, Finest Delivery, has been professional and very understanding in this transaction. Unfortunately, the seller where the service provider was to pick up the item experienced a terminally ill situation that prevented me from receiving the organ. Ebay has refunded my money; therefore, I need to cancel this move because I will no longer be able to purchase it. Again, this is not a reflection of Finest Delivery. Excellent shipping carrier!!! Would recommend to all - very professional and friendly! He went beyond my expectations in this process since we were trying to move my sister-in-law's belongings after her sudden passing. They repacked a few items due to some boxes getting wet after the hurricane went through NYC. I would definitely use again!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Two days ago I confirmed with Wren if he could still accept the job before I paid. He confirmed with me, and the next day he confirmed with the seller that he will call him 1/2 hour prior to pick up. Then, all of sudden I'm receiving a cancellation with the weather as the reason. I could have used another method if he had been honest with myself or the seller.

Although I had a delay in transport, since I wasn't in a rush, I appreciate this company transporting my piano. They placed it in the spot I needed it and put everything back together. I would use them again if necessary.
