Rich picked up the bike when he said he would, dropped it off on time and even waited when the drop point was not open (it was a dealership) until the next morning. This is a reliable shipper with good communications and is reliable.

Rick was great to work with and did a great job. He worked hard to meet deadline and took good care of my bike. He is mechanically adept and knew how to secure the bike well and I had total confidence in his ability to get the job done.

Great communication, very nice people to deal with. The bike was carefully shipped and taken down off the truck. Excellent communications after a mix up caused by another person, (not the shipper or me) which lead to neutral feedback by me not realizing what had happened. Overall an excellent outfit and I would recommend them highly.
