Kyle and Renee provided excellent service and communication. Kyle's rig was very nice, well organized, and clean. My horse was comfortable loading with Kyle. Kyle texted me throughout the shipment to let me know how my horse was doing and updated the estimated arrival time based on traffic conditions. Service was personalized to my situation and Kyle went out of his way to make sure that Roelie was safe and happy.

Andrew and his helper were real gentlemen. It was always easy to reach Andrew and he went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. Andrew clearly takes each job seriously and delivers above and beyond expectations. He is punctual, professional and very easy to work with.

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time This service provider contacted me by email (which I did not receive because it went into my spam folder) after I requested that he send me a contract. He did not attempt to call me although he had my phone number. He has now taken another job without trying to contact me.

Henry and Tom were prompt courteous and detail-oriented. Henry takes pride in his work, is ethical, and is a true professional. Henry called to confirm the details of the move, he and Tom arrived on time, and handled all the details with care. He quoted a flat-rate price, and there were no hidden costs. I would definitely use Henry again.

Chris was wonderful. It is obvious that he really cared about the horses and their well-being. He has a beautiful, professional rig complete with a video camera, and gave us updates on how the "boys" were doing during transit. He was very flexible about the timing and handled a potentially difficult situation with professionalism. I give him my highest possible recommendation.
