After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I thought I was dealing with a typical little guy provider with the care and openess I have come to expect. It turns out this provider is a booking agent which means I do not know who is going to be the carrier and how my shipment is going to be treated. This booking agent wants more paperwork and authorizations than my last doctors visit. I live near Grand Rapids MI with a large choice of common carriers if I want to go that way.
