A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I use the bid group feature. In this case two shippers accepted bids at the same time. Due to the distance involved, there is no way to do both.

Curtis was GREAT!! He had an amazing attention to detail. He made contact at the pick up point and kept me well informed of where he was during the trip. He was especially careful loading and unloading my vehicle and handled it like it was his own. He was professional and courteous. His truck was very clean and well maintained.
