Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

Service Provider avoided my calls, or didn't return my calls. Left messages on his voice mail over time, without any response. At the end, changed his cell phone number, didn't tell me about it, and only called me once, after he had supposedely tried twice to pick up items without luck. Really bad communicator with me. Also call office phone, and talk to wife once. Then after, when I continued calling, no one ever picked up, left messages, and no return calls.

This company stepped forward to bring my motorcycle from the shipper to my location. From the beginning, they were extremely communicative, very attentive to my needs, and took great care of my item. The dates where flexible, so there wasn't any issues with time. I will do business with them if I happen to need them again.

Folks, when you read this message I want to share with you the great experience I had with Wolverine Transport. I got more than what I paid for and what I thought from their service. Bar none, this is one of the best experiences I have had with a company I got from uShip. I guaranty them infinite percent. This is the company you want for your motorcycle shipment. What else can I say to describe the great service I got from them? They have been the best to me in motorcycle shipment.

This Service Provider went above and beyond. More than a great experience. I am sure doing business with them again. Great communication, and they do get the job done better than others. They have my full trust, and I know they feel the same way. Got this done in the actual time frame they gave me, not the run-around I got from the first Service Provider. Thank you for your service.

Folks, one of two companies I have done business through uShip, and let me tell you their communication is awesome, service is even better. Can't have enough communication while doing any business. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Two things happen with this shipment. First, the person where this Service Provider was picking up my goods was apparently never available at pick-up time, nor did he make any attempts to keep in good communication with the Service Provider. Second, and the main reason why I am cancelling, is because the Service Provider didn't have good communication with me either. Apart from the problems with the third party, there was a lack of communication with the most important party, me.
