A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved OUR LOAD GOING TO TX HAS HAD TO CANCEL AND WE CANT WAIT ON IT ANY LONGER WWHICH HAS DOMINOED THIS BOAT WE WILL REFUND DEPOSIT AND HOPE EVAN THE BEST.. HE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH WE OR JUST OUT OF HIS SERVICE WINDOW ON NEEDING THIS MOVED THANKS

Jeremy promised that my deposit would be returned first thing Thursday a.m. As of to date I have not received my deposit back or a return e mail explainiung why I have not received my money.

This is my third transaction through UShip and out of the three this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Paul and Janet met every promise they made and delivered the boat to the minute on time. I will always give Paul first chance at any future shipments.
