Pamela was excited about her trailer purchase and all phases of the transit. This had to be the coolest dog trailer on the road; getting looks and compliments the entire trip. They took the extra time to spray out my dog trailer (which was purchased dirty). They also put tape of their plate to protect the paint on the trailer. You can tell that they care. I am a very demanding customer and they met my needs. They were always available to contact via text, phone or e-mail. Nice people and I wish them well.
