The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time
I sent $500 to hold the booking which was a mistake.
The service provider did not show up Monday to pickup the trailer because of mechanical problems. I called a number of times trying to contact the Janice and the driver with no luck. Finally got hold of her Wednesday by blocking my phone # and she had more excuses. I informed her I would like to cancel the shipment and have the $500 refunded. There has been no money sent back and she again won't answer her phone. I have contacted the BBB an

He got refunded the deposit, he loisted the same shipment the day after accepting my bid told other TSP it was just in case. Truck had problems and driver was less than 200 miles away and he couldn't wait an extra day. I held up giving him his deposit back after he wouldn't cancel uship bid and threatened to send his "people" to my house. All could have been avoided if you had just agreed to cancel uship the day you didn't want us to come get it instead of waiting 5 days shady co read his feedba

Fantastic service and kept in touch as to where the shipment was. Will use again.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper went to pick up the boats and they could not be hauled as the trailers where not safe to haul in the state they where in. The shipper had other shipments to complete and could not wait for the repairs.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward There is always a problem with this company. He agrees to a price then changes it . I have also had boats delivered with damage or missing parts. I do not recommend this company to any one.

They where fantastic and most of all on time,even early. One of the trailers got a flat and they got it repaired with no hassles or delays. Our company ships quite often, I would use and strongly recommend Carters.
