Brent delivered my piano within 24 hours of pick-up; I could tell that he handled it with care. Communication between him and I was a little sparse in the beginning due to phone issues...but after the small hiccup, I was kept informed and received my piano in the same condition as I remember it. I would use him again for further moves.
