Carol was amazing! She was extremely patient. It took 3 hours to catch my mare, she wasn't pushy or watching the clock. She got right in there and helped me. She is experienced in what she does and I will for sure be using her again. I recommend her to anyone. She's affordable and experienced. She hung in there with me! I have used other shippers in the past on this site and she is by far the best. Thanks again Carol!

THERE WERE A LOT OF ISSUES AND IT TOOK 3 WEEKS BUT THE HORSES WERE IN GOOD HEALTH AND INJURY FREE. THEY WERE WELL TAKEN CARE OF. COMMUNICATION COULD'VE BEEN BETTER. WE HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM.

I appreciate the fact that you stated that the horses were well cared for you knew when we picked up the horses to hostel at a friends(for free) to save you board that it would be a couple of weeks before we could deliver.I am sorry you did not feel a call every couple of days to update you on your horses was not enough but as you stated they arrived in good condition.
