Great USHIP experience with Howard. Great communication from initial online bidding experience to pickup to delivery and all during the piano's long trip from WI to NC. Piano arrived in terrific condition and Howard was enjoyable to talk with as well. Well worth the experience and cost! Thanks Howard for everything. MilwaukeeConnections was 100%unprofessional and irresponsible with my things and many others' things. He picked up my furniture on May 15, 2006 in WI and after many, many emails and phone calls I finally got fed up and flew to WI and personally picked up the furniture at his home garage on June 25th! No refund from him(surprise!) so I'll be forced to file a credit card dispute for the deposit. Very frustrating experience and I would never use him or USHIP again after such an upsetting ordeal.
