The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Item was listed as a 1500 series,@ 5395 lbs, it is a 3500 series which weighs alot more. I loaded it on my rtruck which is rated for a 7000 lb capacity and it made the dual tires touch.also this item has been relisted for shipment again under another shipper

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled I ACCEPT CANCELLATION FOR A FULL REFUND ON MY CARD. DRIVER IS NEW TO U/SHIP AND IT IS HARD TO IMAGINE A WORTHY TRAILER COULD NOT HOLD THE VAN A FOR TRYING. MOST MY TRANSPORTERS HAUL 2 OF SAME VANS ON ONE TRAILER I HAVE A VERY UPSET CUSTOMER BUT THINGS HAPPEN.

I may be new, but this comment is crap. Shipper did not even show up @ pick up site. He gave me a # for a night watchman to deal with. Watchman was very helpful. Shipper must also be new- if he looked at my profile he would see I loaded it on a F-350 with 20 ft. Hogdes flatbed. Which is rated for a 6500 lb capacity. Shipper please be honest, you weren't even there. You relisted as 3500 series not 1500 as in original ad, and weight as 5900 not 5356 lbs. If I was wrong, why change the listing??
