The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I am on uship since 2006, 19 years i never met service provider, who doesn't communicate and if doesn't is changing plans, uship should be more careful who is on the list. Mr. Andrey delivered the Vespa as he promised it is reason for positive feedback. I guess Mr. Andrey did not red all my condition other ways, he will make check calls every day as I requested. The communication when I was on the phone was OK but after that he disappear from the world and even when I left several messages did not call back during duration of the transport. Other ways all else was OK.
