David - love the bike! Have fun and be safe on it. I cracked a reflector on his bike but he was very understanding and great to work with. I am replacing the reflector as soon as I get home and thankfully this will be sufficient for David. Thanks again and I hope to do business with you again.

We broke down in the middle of nowhere Louisiana in our 2015 van which makes it hard to get fixed because no one has parts we were stranded for three days until we could get back home to get our other vehicle and get back on the road but my wife went into labor and had our child we are back on the road again now I'm very sorry

Despite bad weather conditions, Bob made the pickup window to deliver early and safely. Thankfully he was able to successfully coordinate with the difficult pickup location. I signed for delivery on the sidewalk in dark. Short with me on the phone when wanting an update from him. Did not give me an ETA or confirm where he would deliver or meet me exactly before showing up. He assumed I thought he was lying when I was trying to help by seeing if I could find out for him when the road might open.

David had one small office chair to pickup in Salt Lake City, deliver in San Antonio TX.
Heavy snow storm and rain storms for 5 days with highways closed made for two days making it impossible to give him estimate on pickup and delivery. Pickup location contact would not return calls to arrange for pickup. David contacted me by phone, e-mail or text at least once everyday sometimes 2-3 times on pickup and delivery days/times. Delivery location was an apartment complex that was impossible to fit

Mr. Lee built up some wood walls for his open trailer to help protect my motorcycle. I was able to get this shipment done for a good price. When he dropped my motorcycle he put his body in its path to try to save it... He sent me a reflector to take care of the little amount of damage that was done. Overall happy with the experience but it was sad to hear my motorcycle was dropped for the first time...

David was amazingly understandable and composed upon hearing his bike was laid down while loading. I was shocked that I laid a bike down for the first time in my life and really ticked at myself for doing it to someone else's bike. I am truly sorry for that but glad that the damage was so small, due to the fact that I did put myself under it to avoid damage. Glad the reflector finally got to you, Suzuki takes a long time to ship for some reason. Hope I never do something like this again.
