This worked out perfect for me. Rafal took care of the bicycle, communicated with me exactly as he said he would, and was flexible on the delivery location (we ran into an issue on my end as to where it was going to be dropped off). He had nice equipment - Dodge Sprinter which, again, worked out perfect for my shipment. He takes his business serious and did a nice job for me.
