AW Auto represented themselves as a carrier who uses their own trucks. I then found out it would be "brokered out". AW did not even pick up my vehicle. To my suprise a tow truck arrived at my house to pick up my vehicle from another comapny! Then they said "the truck broke down", "car won't be delivered on time", "one week late, etc." They then asked me if I was willing to pay more money to get my car delivered late! What a joke.
