I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have sent 2 emails, called (cannot leave a message) and texted (no response) and cannot get a hold of the shipper. I need a pickup fairly soon so will repost. I am very disappointed.

Great shippers! Fantastic communication, picked up when they said they would and really went above and beyond my expectations. They took wonderful care of my pregnant mare and are good people. I plan to use them again this Tuesday...Thanks rick and Cheryl!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I let them know the mare is pregnant and due in 2 months and they brought a small WW style straight load 2-horse trailer that she wouldn't get in or fit in. Need to relist asap and hopefully get a good shipper.

Shipper was told ahead of time what size and style our is. She was fine with it until the horse refused to load, and then it suddenly became our fault. We were concerned about the mare loading, which is why we informed her of our equipment before we drove 600 miles to pick up her mare. This happens sometimes when people don't know as much about horses as they lead others to believe.........
