Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services this person accepted my bid without the horses having the paper work (coggins and HC)ready for my schedule pick up,I contacted him as soon as he accept my bid and found he did not have anything ready.. notified him of the required papers 72 hours pryor not 18 like he said. try to pick up the following week but he told me that I could only pick them up after 5 p.m. because his friend at the pick up location would not be avalaible any day before 5pm so I would have to sit there and wait 8 hours.!!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services We have attempted several times to get the shipping date confirmed. I have gotten several excuses from weather , broke down truck and got told about a coggins test requirement on horses 18 hours before pickup. I have had the test results and $ at the pickup location and can not get the shipper to agree on a pickup time. I would like my full refund. i have already listed back on uship and have accepted with a NEW transporter

NO PAPER WORK for this horses for the shipping dates of the bid,CAN"T pick up until his friend gets off work,got to wait for the roads to be clean up,and a 4x4 to get to the pick up location 2 miles from the main county road.

Terrance did an EXCELLENT JOB. I was able to book the shipment and he picked them up all in the same DAY!! My horses were well cared for. Anyone considering having horses shipped, better use this Gentleman. To use anyone else would just be plain ignorant. I GIVE THIS MAN A 110% JOB WELL DONE. Thanks Terrance for the professionalism.
