I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time.
The customer did not furnish accurate contact details or location information for the pickup. Despite making numerous calls to pick up location, the provided phone number remained unanswered, and text messages went unreplied. When the driver proceeded to the designated location, no one was present. It is unclear why the Shipping customer is exhibiting this behavior, especially considering that they have yet to supply us with the correct information.
