The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This guy said he would pick it up on different dates, never showed up, stopped communicating completely. He said he talked to the seller, and seller stated he never heard from him. I inquired many times what his schedule was and got nothing back. UNRELIABLE AND POOR COMMUNICATION!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Talked to the shipper this morning and he stated USHIP had cancelled his account (permnently suspended) and he can not deliver the truck. He said he was directed by USHIP that he can not follow through with the transaction.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The service provider want credit card information which they do not need. They are trying to get me to sign another contract outside of Uship. There office does not answer the phone and the agent is hard to get ahold of. I understand he is sick. If you look at their reviews http://www.consumeraffairs.com/auto_trans/stateway.html I am not comfortable with using them. James also said that they have no truck scheduled but would try to find someone..that is not acceptable. Please refund my deposit t

He picked the vehicle up on time and delivered it on time as he promised. Very nice guy, very nice and polite and very affordable...recommend him to anyone. His equipment is newer and in good shape. Vehicle arrived in the same condition as picked up. He is not a broker and does not try to hit you with additional fees up front...If you use a broker BEWARE! again...highly recommend this shipper..thank you

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I listed it onop and she wants to drive it. That is not possible. Plus thinking about it at 8 miles to the gallon how would the person drive it 2300 miles at 3 bucks a gallon. If they had a truck coming this way it is worth it. The carb leaks gas and I listed that. Thank you

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The transporter was involved in a accident and does not have a trailer at this time. He can not ship it now until the insurance company settles the claim

i was in kansas in the snow storm when another car spun out hit the trailor damaged it beyond repair. the new trailor wont be here for about three weeks .
