A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We set up a pick up time for Saturday, and tried texting and calling the person we would be picking up from, with no answer. Several hours later we had still not heard back from them. We cannot waste our time waiting for someone to get back to us about something that was supposedly set up before hand.

You never called ahead, you waited until that day of pickup and tried to call. The seller was at work, and couldn't get to you right away. He did try to call and text you later but did not hear from you. The worst part you never bother to contact me at anytime. I sent you text and emails with no response. Anyone who uses you is making a big mistake. I have used uship several times but you are the worst. You never did explain why you didn't contact me.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer accepted our service based on the fact we require, as is in our terms: "ALL ITMES MUST BE PALLETIZED OR CRATED OR BOXED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FREIGHT STANDARDS PRIOR TO PICKUP". Upon contact with shipper it is has been discovered the motorcycle is not properly crated...thanks-steve
