A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shippers team had already left the area and were unable to pick up the shippment. They were 200 miles away.

This was one of our first shipments with UShip we had a trailer in the area sent the seller several e-mails but got no response, we stated that we would only be in the area for several hrs, we got no response to the emails, another shipper underbid us, however, we did not cancel our bid before we moved out of the area and our bid was accepted later that evening... even though we were not the lowest bidder, I called the shipper within minutes of accepting our bid notification and apologized
