I'm very happy with Doug's service. He is not a broker, he owns his own trucks. He answered the phone when I called or got back within minutes. There was a longer wait on my end as the crusher had to have brake work, he said no problems. When it was ready, he picked it up and the 977 cat I was also shipping and took them from the St.Louis Mo. area to Brownsville Texas. He got there when he said he would, and absolutely zero problems. I would highly recommend and I would gladly use again.
