A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We were in CA to pick up the bike. It was at an airport and the day for pick up President Obama arrived and they shut down the airport. We could not wait another day and cannot return in a resonable time. Request mutual cancellation and full refund. Thanks, Roger
