The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This shipper had three weeks to pick up my very pregnant mare. I was flexible on dates and did agree to wait up until april 29th. Very little communication, most of which I inititated. Emailed me four days before maximum delivery date to claim he had vehicle problems. DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME IN PERSON. I understand mechanical failure, but he could have offered to help locate another hauler or see if I would agree to have the mare picked up later. AND is holding my deposit for 10 days before ref

Kevin did a great job. Stayed in communication with me the entire time. Equipment was clean, safe and spacious. Treated my mule like a KY Derby winner! Will contact him first next time I need transport. Thanks again Kevin.
