Michelle was very understanding and worked with us through all our trials and tribulations. When I called her to explain what was going on with the truck she was very understanding. Amazing!!!! I would recommend this provider to ANYONE who really is concerned about the care of their horse. There was constant contact throughout the trip and my horse was given first class treatment from pick up to drop off. These people know what they are doing and cater to the horse and owner. My horse arrived calm and this was only his third trailer ride in his 14 years. Great work!!!!!! Thanks Cowboy!!!

Although the move didn't go as smoothly as we all wanted, Mike was really good about communicating and was always a pleasure to talk to. He was always easy to get a hold of...ask questions...etc. Overall a very positive experience. Thanks Mike! Have a great summer...drive safe...watch out for dark clouds. ;)
