The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Tempus Logix booked my shipment on 4/11, with agreed pickup between 4/11-4/16 and delivery between 4/11-4/23. It is now 4/20, they have not picked up my vehicle, and they don't even have anything scheduled. Why did you book my shipment if you cannot accommodate it? I am now delayed 9+ days -- totally unacceptable.

On March 31st, they emailed me that my order was dispatched with these terms:
Load date is: between 04/04/2023 and 04/05/2023
Delivery date is: between 04/16/2023 and 04/17/2023
on April 3rd, they emailed me:
We are working to reassign your shipment to a different trucker as soon as possible.

My bike arrived in good condition with no complaints about the actual transport. Company snapshot lists one owner/operator, but the person I interacted with (Roger) wasn't the driver (Nick)--not a big deal, but not what I expected. GPS tracking was for Roger (in TX whole time), not my shipment. I initiated all communication and had to send follow-up emails to get a response on updates. Still, it was a positive experience overall. Recommend if you're okay with pushing the rope on communication. Response from swifttransportservice: We picked it up on time, delivered on time. Took great care of your bike. Delivered in perfect condition. Communicated every step of the way, even met his request to meet early in the morning so as not to interfere with his work schedule. We did everything in a professional and courteous manner. Stick to flying and leave the shipping business to us. Thanks, Roger

Ken and Cindy were terrific. My bank didn't get the check to FedEx when promised, so pick-up was delayed one day. They were understanding when I called (the day prior to the originally scheduled day) and picked the boat up the next day with no complaints. The boat arrived in good condition with no issues throughout the whole process. Thanks Ken and Cindy! :-) Response from knsipple: It was wonderful to ship for you Michael. The actual transport of the car was fine. The company seems to be more of a shipping broker--they sub-contracted the actual shipment of our car to a third-party.
The pick-up date was changed three times and the delivery date was changed once.
There was also confusion with the driver regarding the payment (I pre-paid through uShip and the driver wanted cash on delivery).
It was all resolved on delivery, but it took about 1.5 hours.
If you are flexible, I recommend this company to save

Jessie and his sister did an excellent job and we would definitely use them again. They kept in touch with us throughout the process and even called to let us know when they were 20 minutes away. They were very careful with the car and very pleasant towards us. They did a great job, delivered the car in half the time, and all went fine. If you are looking to ship your car in an ENCLOSED trailer for the price of an open transport, with personal service, then Roulette Transport is for you! :-)

Good communication both with Liz via email and the driver via cell phone. My motorcycle was picked up in PA on Monday (as arranged) and delivered to me in NC on Tuesday. I am extremely happy with the service provided. Thank you!! :)
