Absolutely awesome! Stephanie was SO easy to work with and took great care of our dog. I had a great feeling from the start when she was so quick to answer all my questions on email. She was easy to reach via cell phone and made it simple to coordinate a pick-up location on the fly just after we arrived at an unfamiliar airport. She called ahead to the delivery location to let them know when to expect her. I could not have been happier - she has my highest recommendation.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment EliteEnt requested to cancel my shipment 19 days before requested pick-up date, claiming they are having "problems with their van". Their profile lists 5 vans and 5 drivers, surely all 5 are not out of commission. And even if that were the case, I think you could get a van fixed in 19 days. EliteEnt should not bid on shipments they don't plan on taking. Now I have one more thing to worry about as I plan to move my military family home from our overseas assignment. Thanks.
