The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I had to pick this reason because there were not many choices and this item had been listed incorrectly. First I want to mention that we developed a cracked fuel pump just abt 3 miles prior to trying to pick this machine up which held us up for a number of hours trying to find the correct part. Once our truck was fixed this backhoe was about 8' longer then the 14' listed and weighed more then 8500lbs so I could not safely transport it. John was very easy to communicate with as well as understan

If the backhoe is not extended it was about 14 ft

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Despite our honest efforts, the weight of the tractor was much more than I or the shipper estimated. Unfortunately I do not have the equipment to accommodate this shipment. Best regards

I was goung on what I was told. It was not untill later that I discovered it was heaver than I was told.

Jeff the driver was extremely helpfull in loading and unloading my Ford Backhoe. I wouldn't hessitate to use them again.

Backhoe was approx 8' longer then listing and well over the 8500lbs. I do not believe this was in any way intentional & John was easy to communicate with. The weight was for a newer machine then this one as the newer machines are made much lighter then they used to be. There was no way we could transport this safely/legally. Would do business with shipper again, sorry it didn't work out.
