John Cook did an excellent job! He kept constant communications along the way & worked very hard to stay on time. In fact, he was hours ahead of schedule! His positive customer service orientated attitude really assured me of safe delivery of my bike. He took special care of my bike (not a scratch and zero damage). I would recommend him to anyone to ship their goods. --Thanks John, I really appreciate your hard work!
