The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Very nice Gentlemen. But mislead me on the amount of belongings in the shipment listings which is beginning to happen more frequently. I explained this to him prior to. Also, they were'nt even done packing when I arrived . I can't and will no longer allow "EXTRA" things to "accidentally" fail to be mentioned and then not be offered adequate payment. The shipment was left there at residence.

Daniel and his team are amazing. He was prompt, hardworking and efficient. They called to confirm, showed up exactly as promised and wrapped all of my things as if they were moving their own stuff. These guys were amazing. I highly recommend them. They arrived prompt and on time and moved quickly and efficiently. All heavy items were wrapped in clothes and they did a terrific job navigating a tricky entrance with a pretty massive piece of furniture. I will use them for any future moves. The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled The provider showed up, 30 minutes late from the appointed time, complaining about his previous move. He showed up alone with two teen aged boys to move a triple dresser. As soon as he saw the dresser, he said he was going to move his truck to make it easier to unload. He left without another word and refused my phone calls. I had no idea he was not returning until he filed this cancellation. He is most unprofessional, a complete liar and an unsatisfactory service provider. Response from jqueensnyc: The shipper was not honest about the amount of things he mentioned. I kept him updated as I said I would when I was finished with my previous move. There never was a delivery time. His agreement was that he and I would do it alone but I brought my sons Both jobs that day had more things than anticipated but there are mistakes and then lying. The first stop told me prior and offered more money. this stop just tried to get over and never mentioned or offered. I told him,I wasnt doing it and left
