I no longer need my item(s) shipped I was shipping a kitten to her new home. Once shipping was confirmed, and booked, the new owner had second thoughts and decided she did not want the kitten shipped yet.

Lee and Veronica were just AWESOME!!! I would recommend anyone use them. I had a situation where 11 cats were being sent to me from a hoarder situation. All cats have various issues ranging from overall care to being sick. Veronica and Lee got them here in less than 24 hours and they are now all in good hands and getting the treatment that they need. Thank you so very much for getting these guys to me, I could not be more pleased with the shipment.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment It seems that the service provider was unable to complete the shipment and had a secondary shipper take the shipment. The evening before the scheduled pick up of my cats the secondary shipper informed me that he did not have room to take the cats as he also had 2 other dogs with him. He then told CandyO that he would not take the cats because he could not communicate with us, and we spoke with him several times.
Candy was very pleasant to speak with but it seems is unable to accomodate us a
