We have delivered successfully this unit, he wanted a copy of the insurance which we have sent it too.. perfect communication during the process AS ALWAYS DO. He left a very Xenophobic feedback, NO WE are not Philippines and if We would have staff from there I am PRETTY SURE THEY will do a good job too. and talking about Money WE HAVE PROVIDED EVEN A PARTIAL LOAD RATE, ***BAD EXPERIENCE WITH LIES AND RACISM FROM HIS END... NOT RECOMMENDABLE TO WORK WITH HIM. ****

Mr. Ambrocio has a linkedin that says he is based on Colombia. Whether he is from the philippines or not isn't the issue. He would not send the COI prior to the driver showing up. Once you have the deposit from Ushio you have been paid and you don't have to keep the COI a secret. I understand you're worried about getting cut out of the deal. IF that happens, contact uship, but to be a professional broker you need to provide proof of insurance when requested.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We scheduled for pick up between September 19-20. The customers phone is restricted and we tried calling him multiple time yesterday and today and have not heard back.

Shipment arrived but took more than two weeks to pick up. Not an easy company to work with. They use overseas staff (Philippines?) to book shipments. Refused to provide a certificate of insurance for the carrier and did not update us when pickup was missed nor when the item was finally on its way. Nor did they tell use when the shipment would arrive. If you really want to save money, they are aggressive on prices. But I wouldn't accept their bid on the next one. Too much of a headache.

Sorry to say after 150 miles the trailer wiring was shorting out and leaving with no choice but to return the boat and trailer back to the factory.

Rocky was great. Very professional with excellent communication. His trailer was clean, with some nice looking bikes he was delivering down to Florida. Everything went very smoothly. He stayed and helped me set the arcade game up and get everything working before he left. I woud happily work with him again.
