A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I clearly indicated in shipment listing two days that I could pick up the boat, May 24-25, customer knew this was a weekend and should have confirmed with the pickup location that these two dates would work prior to booking with me. After customer booked with me I had to call and find out that the business was not going to be open either Saturday, May 24 or Sunday May 25. Sorry it didn't work out.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider selected a Sunday on Memorial Day weekend to load out. Pick up is a business and closed on the weekend. Service provider was fixed on these dates and not able provide service.

The booking details included specific dates as to when I could pick up this gentleman's boat, Saturday May 24 and Sunday May 25, it is the customers responsibility to confirm Listed pickup dates are suitable for pickup location BEFORE booking their shipment. I had to personally call the pickup location after the customer booked with me to find out that the two days I listed would not work. Lesson learned for all, please confirm pickup dates are comparable for pickup location BEFORE booking.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After talking with manufacture, the strongly recommended NOT transporting this boat on the top of a vehicle as proposed by the service provider. I have communicated with the service provider directly and expressed our concerns. We have mutually agreed to cancel this transaction. Thanks, Sid

Trailer dimensions did not match as represented. It took 4 men 5 hours to load,the trailer does not handle rolling stock well. Probably a great boat hauler would not use again unless I had a big boat to move.

Sid, get out of the hay field so we can load this. waited 2 days for that. We described the trailer exactly as represented. You said you had a crane 2 forklifts a loading dock, you had none of the above. Told you it was not a drive on trailer. called you and emailed you for 5 days before you responded then you said you were cutting hay. im not sure what planet you are on but we were there exactly when we said and you were not. You did not pay for the delay, the c.o.d. fee and thats what we get?
