I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We were there on the day scheduled, but the car was COMPLETED FILLED with stuff, and as all the providers know, we have a weight limit to meet otherwise we could get fined. I told her I had another truck one week from that date, with smaller cars that I could put her vehicle without any problems, she accepted, gave us the keys and left to texas, but then she wanted the shipment next day and I explained that the other truck was leaving on thursday, so she couldn't wait any longer.

Original pick up date was 1/9/10, postponed by the hauler. The transporter arrived on 1/10/10,tried to load the car on the trailer, but said the car would not fit his trailer with his current load. He would return 1/11/10 5pm for pick up. 4 days later, no return calls,no emails and car not transported. Personal items were bedding/sheets- not an issue with our last transporter and doesn't impact weight. Had to call another transporter, they came next day and loaded with no problems.

Debbie was fantastic. She responded right away, kept me posted on the horses progress and health status. They were well fed & watered. We highly recommend Debbie and Danny for any of your transport needs. Very kind, knowledgeable and ethical folks- you and your critters will enjoy them!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have had the shipment rescheduled 2 times. The first date we rescheduled to the next day, when they came to pick up the car, it would not fit on the trailer with the other cars. They rescheduled to the next day and they took our car keys. The have not picked up the car, nor responded to any of our emails, phone calls, text messages and the uship mediator. It has been 3 days of trying to get in contact and no call. I want my car keys back and my money and I would not recommend them at all.
