Extremely professional. They had some minor unexpected problems but he kept me up to date. At all times I felt at ease. I was not present during the delivery but he pushed the trailer all the way to back of the house like I told him I wanted to do. He didn't have to do this. He went above and beyond the agreement. I really look forward to continue doing business with this company. Delivery was fairly quick and shipper was easy to contact for questions. Left messages were return quickly.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The provider did not showed withing the agree window. I try to call him but his phone was disconnected. I e-mail him but no answer was received. Is a shame. The communication was great in the beginning but I did not even got a call to inform me he is no longer in buisiness. I just realize that by looking at my shipment details. Is a shame that U-Ship did not send a cancellation notification when somebody decides to go out of buisiness.

Sorry to the last few shipments I accepted and due to getting hit on my bike I was unable to complete this Responsibilities. I have recovered from my accident and all my feedback prior to that is 100%. Hope you all understand I,m human and not perfect. I accept the resposibility. Now I,m ready to get back to work and do what I enjoy. Thanks Kelly
