Jana was very sweet through the whole shipment. She was helpful in loading, and the directions I was given were correct to every detail. Jana is knowledgable of what it takes to make the move and very understanding. She also explained to me what to expect from Cheyenne during the move. Payment was recieved on time. Michael was great with my horse. His truck and trailer are beautiful and it is obvious he takes great care of his equipment and the horses. How wonderful to find a shipper that communicates so well and is so professional. I felt confident that my horse would travel safely without me. I give Michael an enthusiastic A+ in all areas.
