I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment A family emergency did come up and required we rush the route and get home ASAP, we could have taken the pets a day before our scheduled pick-up date, but pets were unavailable. People were very uncooperative and unsympathetic. We tried to fulfill our contract with them but they were determined that we wait until the breeder would release the pets. We could not wait any longer for them. We appologize that this has happened as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, we made every attempt to wo

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Found out, through the shipper, that provider would not be picking up my dogs at all. Family matters came up and there was no back-up available. This left me little time to find other provider, spent next 12 hours behind my pc.

We tried to pick pets up a day early to rush our route as there was a family emergency (my father was placed on life support) breeder wouldn't let them go early. We DID find them another transport at a reduced rate and they still were not satisfied. These folks were very uncaring and hard to work with. We apologized profusely as we try to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, all the other passengers on board as well as their people were very happy with our service as we did complete the route.
