The driver was rude and demanded a tip upon delivery.
Response from Montway:
Montway has made several attempts to contact the customer to learn more details about their comments. We learned from the driver that the vehicle was full of personal belongings, therefore was in breech of contract and subject to an additional carrier fee. It is within the rights of the trucker to request additional funds for this reason alone. We ask all customers to please read and adhere to our guidelines concerning shipping personal items in your car without prior agreement.
