The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I provided the information that was provided to me. Since I am not physically with the table there is no way for me to know dimensions otherwise. This table has to be picked up this week, and this isn't acceptable to cancel a shipment at the last minute. If the shipper had any questions regarding exact measurements he should have verified last week either before accepting the bid or directly after. Immediately after booking I updated the pickup address and phone number.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I literally just accepted the bid, and received a call from the shipper to confirm the details and minutes later I receive a cancelation request without explanation. I will not accept this cancelation request and lose 10% of my payment or wait several days for a credit to my account. The shipper needs to honor the agreement and find a means of delivering this item.

shipper was not able to provide Florida agricultural inspection certificate needed to leave Florida legally. I had asked many times & nursery told me to not stop at FL. agricultural inspection station. Had to cancel shipment for that reason. I am very sorry but I will not break any laws.
