After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The truck was dispatched to the load. The costumer complained there was the damage on the vehicle on pick up (it was a lie). The truck company had to bring the car to the Jaguar dealer and had to pay the Jaguar dealer the amount for inspection to prove that the car was not damaged. The costumer not only did not pay for the inspection , he even did not apologize to the truck company for all the inconveniences he caused.

ED is awesome. My seller played some last minute games and Ed kept the deal alive. I would use him again. He did all he promissed and more. Good at keeping me informed on the road as to ETA. Got boat in the water with his trailer at the ramp, no problem.
